Chocolate Bundt Cake Recipe


Chocolate Bundt Cake

What you'll need
1 Milk Chocolate Candy bar (7 onces)
½ Cup chocolate syrup
1 Cup butter or margarine softened
1-1/2 Cups sugar
4 Eggs
1 Tsp vanilla extract
2 ¾ Cups all purpose flour
½ Tsp baking soda
½ Tsp Salt
1 Cup buttermilk
Confectioners sugar

1. On low heat melt chocolate and syrup. Then cool.
2. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar, add eggs 1 at a time, mixing after each one.
3. Stir in chocolate and vanilla.
4. In another mixing bowl, combine flour, salt and baking soda. Add to the first mixing bowl alternating with buttermilk.
5. Pour into a greased and floured 10inch Bundt Pan.
6. Bake at 350 for about 60-65 min or until toothpick comes out clean.
7. Cool in pan for 15 min.
8. Remove and sprinkle with confectioners sugar
9. Enjoy!!
