Quick and Easy Ice Cream Sandwiches
What you’ll need
Nestle’s Toll House Chocolate chip cookie dough (either the roll or the squares) or you can make it from scrap but then it wouldn’t be QUICK and EASY (duh!)
Ice cream of your choice. I used Edy’s Dulce de Leche
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake cookies according to the package. Take the ice cream out of the freezer and let sit while cookies bake.
2. Allow cookies to cool.
3. Take a heaping scoop of ice cream and spread it on the inside of a cookie. Take another cookie and put on top. Continue until you get desired amount.
